Maldives, November 2014: NIYAMA, a Per AQUUM resort, is set to host one of the liveliest celebrations in the Maldives this New Year’s Eve with DJ Marc JB, part of the UK-based dance music trio BIMBO JONES, playing at chic beach bar, Dune.

Multi-talented Marc JB is head of A&R for Soul Delux records, a songwriter, a multi-instrumentalist, a musical director and a jazz pianist.  With over 70 chart-topping singles in the US and UK, Marc JB has worked with internationally renowned artists from Maroon 5, Lady Gaga and Rihanna to Beverley Knight and Madonna.

Announcing his upcoming visit to NIYAMA, Marc JB said: “I’ve never been to the Maldives before so this is the first time I’ve played there.  The resort looks absolutely amazing so I’m very excited to be bringing an unforgettable, party experience to the Maldives.”

With ocean views and uplifting tunes, New Year’s Eve revellers will enjoy an extensive selection of beverages and bespoke cocktails crafted by NIYAMA’s mixology team as Marc JB spins the decks.

No crowds and always an ocean view, the party never ends at NIYAMA with additional sets by Marc JB at Subsix, the soon-to-be refurbished underwater playground, and other resort venues over the festive season.
