Emerald Maldives will show off 120 Luxuriously Villas with both contemporary and tropical touches, divided into 60 beach villas and 60 overwater villas. More than half of the total Villas inventory will have their own private pool and Jacuzzi pool. The 120 villas will include 1 Royal Villa, 2 Presidential Villas, 6 Superior Beach Villas and 11 Family Villas.

4. Centara Grand Muthaafushi Resort & Spa  – 2018

Centara Grand Muthaafushi  Resort & Spa is expected to have soft opening in the fourth quarter of next year, followed by the grand opening in 2019, it added. Located in Baa Atoll which has been declared a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, placing the resort in the company of world famous ecological sites.
