Дорога до отеля Plumeria Maldives занимает около 1 часа 10 минут на скоростном катере, который отходит от аэропорта.
Отель располагается на местном острове, который называется Thinadhoo (атолл Vaavu). На местном острове помимо отеля Plumeria Maldives находится несколько небольших гостевых домов, а также дома, где проживает местное население. Так как на острове проживает местное население, алкоголь там запрещен и приобрести его невозможно. Также запрещено нахождение в купальниках на общественных пляжах острова, каким является пляж рядом с отелем Plumeria. Но на острове есть отдельная зона бикини – пляжа, где нахождение в купальниках разрешено.
Добраться до этого пляжа можно всего за 10 минут по живописной тропе, которую окружает пышная растительность. Остров имеет замечательный домашний риф, где гости могут насладиться красотой подводного миром.
Отель Plumeria на данный момент имеет 2 здания, в которых имеется 2 категории номеров: deluxe и super deluxe. Отличие категорий лишь в том, что номер super deluxe имеет балкон. Одно из зданий (sea view) имеет вид на океан. Также в ближайшие месяцы планируется открытие новой категории номера garden room. Это будут отдельно стоящие домики.
В конце июля – начале августа планируется открытие собственного СПА при отеле. Кроме того, у отеля есть свой дайвинг центр (где на данный момент есть также русскоговорящий инструктор), центр водных видов спорта, тренажерный зал. В отеле есть крытый бассейн. Стоит также отметить очень приветливый и услужливый персонал отеля.
Нельзя не отметить большое разнообразие экскурсий по очень приятным ценам (рыбака, пикник на отдельном песчаном острове, снорклинг с акулами и т.д). Поблизости находится множество хороших дайвинг спотов, где можно оценить все разнообразие подводного мира Мальдив.
Отдых в данном отеле можем порекомендовать гостям, предпочитающим бюджетный, но в то же время насыщенный отдых.

In addition, the hotel has its own diving center (where at the moment there is also a Russian-speaking instructor), a water sports center and gym. Hotel also has an indoor pool. It is also worth noting the very friendly and helpful staff of the hotel.
