Lets Go Maldives (LGM) is entering a decisive expansion phase — transitioning from a leading destination management company into a diversified hospitality and investment group, including:
- Hotel and beach property investments
- Structured capital projects
- Expansion into fisheries and related sectors
- International growth across multiple jurisdictions
We are seeking a commercially sharp, execution-focused CFO who can build institutional-grade financial structure while aggressively improving profitability and sourcing capital for development projects.
The Mandate
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Profitability Acceleration
- Implement measurable margin improvement across all business units
- Identify financial leakages and inefficiencies
- Redesign cost structures and reporting systems
- Drive EBITDA growth through disciplined financial control
We are looking for someone who can increase profitability not just report it.
Capital Structuring & Funding Leadership
- Structure and source financing for hotel and resort development projects
- Engage banks, private equity, institutional lenders, and strategic investors
- Design debt/equity models aligned with risk strategy
- Lead financial modeling for large-scale development investments
Experience in hospitality or real estate development finance is highly preferred.
Institutional Financial Governance
- Establish executive-level reporting frameworks
- Deliver rolling 6–12 month cash flow forecasting
- Build group KPI dashboards with real-time oversight
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance systems
- Align financial operations with Board-level governance
This role requires someone comfortable operating at executive and board level.
Strategic Advisory Partner to CEO
- Advise on capital allocation decisions
- Evaluate investment feasibility across hospitality and expansion ventures
- Support long-term corporate structuring and risk management
You will act as financial co-pilot in shaping the next growth phase of the Group.
Ideal Profile
- Proven track record as CFO or Senior Finance Leader
- Experience in hospitality, real estate development, or capital-intensive industries
- Demonstrated ability to raise or structure funding
- Strong institutional reporting and governance background
- Commercial mindset with profit-focused execution
- Comfortable operating in growth-stage entrepreneurial environments
Engagement Structure
Initial structure may begin as a strategic part-time or hybrid engagement.
However, the Company is open to transitioning this into a full-time executive role for a candidate who demonstrates strong strategic and operational impact.
