Chef Igles is no stranger to innovation. His name has long been associated with excellence in Italian cooking-first rising to fame in the 1980s with the legendary Il Trigabolo, and later earning Michelin stars at La Locanda della Tamerice and Atman. But beyond awards and acclaim, what sets him apart is his philosophy.
He’s the mind behind Circular Cooking, a thoughtful, zero-waste approach to food that focuses on respect for ingredients and the environment-values that fit right in with Lily Beach’s focus on mindful luxury.
A Week to Savor
During his stay, Chef Igles will be working closely with Lily Beach’s culinary team, sharing his knowledge and helping to craft a standout experience for guests. The highlight? A one-night-only Signature Dinner, where he’ll bring his creativity to the plate in a setting as extraordinary as the food itself.
Throughout the week, he’ll also be creating a daily Dish of the Day at AQVA Restaurant, giving guests the chance to enjoy his signature style during relaxed beachfront lunches.
