Amilla Maldives Expands Its Wellness Offering with a Trio of Visiting Experts

November 11, 2025

At Lets Go Maldives, we are always pleased to see our resort partners continue to invest in meaningful, guest-focused wellness experiences. This season, Amilla Maldives strengthens its holistic portfolio by welcoming a series of Visiting Practitioners, each bringing specialised knowledge designed to help guests unwind, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Set against the calm backdrop of the island, the programme introduces three experts whose individual approaches span movement, energy work, Ayurveda, body therapy and mindful practices.

Kattia Mendoza-Somatic and Breathwork Specialist

Until 7 December 2025

Kattia, known for her distinctive methods such as Unmasking Arts™ and KI·OM® Bodywork, focuses on releasing physical and emotional tension through movement, breath and guided therapeutic touch. Her customised one-to-one offerings include nervous system relief, bodywork rooted in Osteo-Thai principles, and breath-led alignment sessions. Guests can also join group experiences, including meditation and expressive workshops, designed to support emotional clarity and deeper self-awareness.

Jang Kanlayanee-Integrative Healing and Energy Practitioner

10 December 2025 – 20 January 2026

With more than two decades of experience spanning Thai, Ayurvedic and Western healing traditions, Jang offers treatments that encourage balance throughout the body’s systems. Her sessions range from Chi Nei Tsang and body alignment massage to Reiki, sound healing and targeted facial therapies. Guests looking to embrace a more mindful pace can take part in complimentary tai chi, sound baths, energy assessments or personalised yoga.

Dr. Shreejit Ghadigaonkar-Ayurvedic Doctor and Yoga Therapist

20 December 2025 – 20 January 2026

Dr. Shreejit brings a medical Ayurvedic approach to holistic wellness, offering bespoke consultations and programmes designed to support long-term wellbeing. His focus includes stress management, sleep improvement and personalised daily routines aligned with Ayurvedic principles. Guided relaxation, breathing practices and tailored treatments help guests restore balance and leave with habits that can continue long after their stay.

Together, the residency programme encourages guests to slow down and discover therapies that nurture mind, body and spirit-whether they seek emotional clarity, physical release or guided self-reflection. Within the natural rhythm of island life, Amilla continues to build its reputation as a retreat for travellers who value meaningful wellness experiences.

If your clients are searching for a resort where holistic care goes beyond the spa menu, our team at Lets Go Maldives will be happy to assist with arrangements and availability at Amilla Maldives.
