Ayada Maldives is preparing to welcome the festive season with a three-week programme running from 18 December 2026 to 7 January 2027. Inspired by four elements – Sea, Fire, Light and Magic – the celebrations will bring together festive dining, entertainment, Maldivian culture and family-friendly experiences.
Celebrating the Element of Sea
The Sea theme reflects the Maldives’ deep connection with the ocean. Guests can discover marine life, island traditions and Maldivian folklore through experiences inspired by the surrounding lagoon and underwater world.
Fire, Flavour and Festive Evenings
Fire will shape a selection of evening experiences, from fire performances to open-flame dining. Highlights include the resort’s SeaSalt Beach BBQ and Teppanyaki experiences, combining beachfront surroundings with interactive culinary moments.
Island Lights and Festive Atmosphere
As part of the Light theme, Ayada Maldives will transform its tropical setting after dark with festive decorations, illuminated pathways and seasonal light displays. The island will take on a distinctive atmosphere throughout Christmas and New Year.
Magic for the Whole Family
The Magic element focuses on creating memorable moments for guests of all ages. Children and families can enjoy dedicated activities, carnival-style games and festive surprises incorporated throughout the programme.
