Due to the significant changes at Hanimaadhoo Airport, Maldivian airlines have made some changes to the schedule
of domestic flights. Thus, we would like to emphasize the following points that are of high importance:
1. Cancelation of the early evening flights
Staring from April 1st, 2023, until October 31st, 2023, Maldivian airlines will stop departing from Male to the
resort between 3:00PM and 1:00AM. Therefore, those guests who arrive to Male at 1:30PM or later are likely to
depart from Male at 1:00AM (midnight).
During the wait time, guests have an opportunity to stay in the Moonimaa Lounge at the airport, where snacks
can be found. Alternatively, upon request, accommodation can be also arranged at the Hulhumale Guesthouse.
The price for two people, including transportation between Hulhumale and Male, is approximately equal to
$65 excluding dinner ( $85 dinner included), and is payable by the guests.
If clients arrive to Male in the morning (particularly before 1:30PM), their departure to the resort will be as usual.
2. Some flights landing at Kulhudhuffushi instead of Hanimaadhoo
The travel time between Kulhudhuffushi and Hondaafushi Island Resort will be 30 minutes instead of usual 10 minutes
between Hanimaadhoo and the resort.
