During this time, the resort will not accommodate guests.
The property will reopen on 30 September 2026.
Planned Maintenance & Upgrades
The scheduled works will include:

- Expansion of the kitchen area
- Equipment upgrades
- Enlargement of the seating area to offer more dining options
Coastal Protection
- Repositioning of groins to prevent beach erosion
- Protection of infrastructure
- Preservation of the resort’s beaches
Team Member Facilities
- Full renovation and redecoration of team accommodation
- Upgrades to back-of-house areas
Booking Options
For bookings falling within the closure period, the following options are available:
- Rescheduling to a later date
- Cancellation
- Transfer to another resort
The resort has coordinated with:
- Raaya by Atmosphere
- NIVA Dhigali Maldives
Bookings may also be reassigned to a resort of the guest’s choice.
