Finolhu, a Seaside Collection Resort has announced the appointment of Ibrahim Riyaz as its new Front Office Manager, strengthening the resort’s dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised hospitality.
With more than 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Riyaz brings extensive expertise in guest relations, Front Office operations, and luxury service management. He joins Finolhu from The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, where he served as Guest Experience Manager, leading bespoke guest journeys and maintaining the high service standards associated with the luxury hospitality brand.
Throughout his career, Riyaz has also contributed his expertise to several renowned Maldivian resorts, including Huvafen Fushi Maldives, OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, and Amilla Maldives. His diverse experience has helped him develop a strong understanding of creating memorable stays and delivering personalised service for international travellers.
