Set out on the calm turquoise waters, this unique session takes place on stand-up paddleboards anchored around a flower-shaped floating dock. It’s a mix of balance, breath, and gentle movement-all guided by the rhythm of the sea. Whether you’re a regular on the mat or just curious to try something new, this is one of those experiences that stays with you long after it ends.
A Different Kind of Stillness
Float & Flow is designed to be welcoming, light-hearted, and deeply grounding. For 60 minutes, you’ll move through a series of simple, flowing poses while the water gently rocks beneath you. The setting alone does half the work-the sound of waves, the warmth of the sun, and the occasional splash all add to the feeling of being fully present.
