Chef Theodor Falser, a Michelin-starred chef and champion of nature-inspired gastronomy, will kick off the series. Known for his commitment to pure, regional ingredients, Chef Falser will bring the flavors of Italy’s Dolomites to the Maldives during his exclusive residency at Bellinis. Guests will enjoy a wine-paired set menu dinner that highlights alpine herbs and seasonal mountain ingredients. Dishes such as Tagliolini with Black Truffle and Butter-Poached Lobster with Caviar will be featured, while the venue itself will be transformed with botanical accents inspired by 18th-century Chinese porcelain.

Next, Chef Takagi Kazuo, renowned for his mastery of Kyo-ryori (Kyoto cuisine) and a two-Michelin-star recipient, will bring the finest of traditional Japanese dining to Saoke, JOALI Maldives’ signature overwater restaurant. His unique fusion of Japanese haute cuisine with vibrant Peruvian influences will create an unforgettable dining experience, with dishes like Sumiyaki Charcoal Grilled Black Cod and Yuzu Beef Roll. Rising star Chef Alex Webb, who captured hearts after winning MasterChef: The Professionals, returns to JOALI Maldives for a dynamic series of dining experiences. Known for his innovative approach and British-inspired flavors, Chef Webb will delight guests with dishes such as Fire-Roasted Scallops with Foie Gras and Wagyu Beef MB9 Fillet at Bellinis, and Smoked Tiger Prawn Tartare and Lobster Dog Tail at Saoke.
