JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort has appointed Chef Bir Yadav as Executive Chef, bringing more than 23 years of international culinary experience to the resort’s dining programme. A Global Culinary Journey
Chef Bir has worked with renowned hospitality groups including Marriott International, Four Seasons, The Oberoi and Hyatt. His experience spans a wide range of international cuisines, allowing him to combine traditional techniques with contemporary presentation and creative menu development.
In his new role, he will oversee the resort’s collection of restaurants and dining experiences, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean, Asian, Indian and Maldivian flavours.
