This festive season, Siyam World Maldives transforms its private island into a world of fantasy, adventure and storytelling with “The Age of Legends.” Beginning 15 December 2026, the resort’s festive programme combines family entertainment, sport, Maldivian culture and immersive experiences inspired by legendary worlds.
A Festive Adventure Across the Island
Designed to turn guests from spectators into participants, The Age of Legends brings fantasy-inspired experiences across Siyam World. From enchanted forests and warrior-inspired adventures to Viking-themed experiences, the programme creates a playful setting for families and couples throughout the festive period.
The celebrations also embrace Maldivian heritage, with an original musical inspired by Dhonhiyala and Alifulhu, one of the country’s best-known traditional legends. Presented on 21 December, the production explores themes of love, courage and destiny while bringing a local story to a new generation.
Football Legends Join the Festivities
Sport takes centre stage with special football experiences. Former Manchester United and Serbia captain Nemanja Vidić will host a football camp from 18 December, giving young players an opportunity to develop skills, confidence and teamwork.
From 25–27 December, former AC Milan and Italy striker Alessandro Matri will also join the programme for three days of football activities designed for young guests.
Family Fun and a Legendary New Year
Younger adventurers can enter the Dragon Rider Academy at Kidz World, featuring games, challenges and fantasy-inspired activities.
The season reaches its finale on New Year’s Eve, when four fantasy worlds converge across the island for a spectacular celebration welcoming 2027. The resort is keeping several elements of the evening secret, adding an element of anticipation to the final night of the year.
Guests can also participate in the Share Your Siyam Legend Challenge, creating and sharing their own Siyam World moments throughout the season.
