From 25 to 27 September 2026, the award-winning Dubai dining destination will host an exclusive three-night pop-up at EAU Bar, combining signature cuisine, creative cocktails, live entertainment and oceanfront island views.

SUSHISAMBA Dubai Comes to the Maldives
Known for its energetic atmosphere and distinctive culinary concept, SUSHISAMBA Dubai is taking its dining experience from the heart of Dubai to the Indian Ocean.
The three-night takeover will be led by Brand Chef Kitak Lee, who will present a curated selection of signature dishes inspired by the restaurant’s Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian influences.
Guests can also enjoy craft cocktails prepared by the SUSHISAMBA bar team, with inventive combinations and exotic ingredients complementing the evening’s menu.
