He most recently served as General Manager of JOALI BEING Maldives, where he successfully led the launch and positioning of the world’s first nature-immersive wellbeing island resort. His impressive portfolio also includes senior leadership roles at JOALI Maldives, GOCO Hospitality, and One&Only Reethi Rah.
Beyond resort operations, Cengiz has contributed significantly to the global luxury wellness sector through strategic leadership, brand development, and the expansion of internationally recognised hospitality concepts.
