I would describe this place as a children’s camp for adults ) very unusual for Maldives, however the resort calls itself 5* lifestyle boutique.
There are a lot of art and naturalness but no luxury at all. The resort opened by local businessmen who brought a lot of Maldivian history and culture to this place. Despite its artificial island, you don’t feel it bald because it was grown within 9 years before opening. So the plants are more than enough.
There are 2 restaurants- 1 main restaurant buffet + a la cart options In a form of street style + 1 a la cart restaurant which is not included in meal plans.
All the ambiance is very relaxed like you come to your grandma’s village, you can find mini farm with peacocks, cats village. For the kids there is a kids club looking like a children’s camp with a lot of arts.

Accommodation on a beach side (Haruge with the good location on the beach with nice water entrance and Bodu Haruge beach villas with no beach at all, instead of this there are sand bags and natural pool made of breakwaters – please be careful)
Also there are overwater villas – very spacious, and garden rooms.
All the rooms have private pool but in some of villas it’s quite small and not really enough for adults swimming.
There are some limitations with transfers, the resort may have large intervals between available transfer slots, which are not expected for the speedboat so please be careful.
