Nika Maldives Island – Nika Island Resort & Spa is situated on Kudafolhudhoo Island in North Ari Atoll, just 25 minutes by sea plane or 90 minutes by speed boat (75Km from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport). The resort is exclusively designed by Italian architectures to be the only resort in the Maldives with full privacy for its clientele; each villa is designed with separate Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom and a Private beach.
The island is surrounded by a wonderful house reef for those who love to discover the underwater world just few meters from the beach.
The Resort is named after the majestic banyan tree called “Nika” in Dhivehi the local language. The giant tree which shoots down its roots into the Nika soil to support its growing weight is home to many types of birds and fruit bats. This tree is believed to be about 355 years old or more. The constant care and effort of our gardeners keeping the vegetation of island healthier and well maintained, allows keeping the temperature of the atmosphere cooler than any other island in the Maldives.

The 02 Family Water villas are located on the North-East side of the island; each of them comprises 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The uniqueness of these Water Villas are in their 3 split levels: the first and lowest just kisses the sea, the second one is a deck with wide terrace and deckchairs with white sand and the third is the one on the roof, perfect to get an all-over tan.

The 08 Water villas are located on the North-East side of the island; each of them comprises a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. Garden rooms are located inside the island facing to the walkway around the island, not beach front, those who are staying in garden room will be able to use both public beaches on the island. Each room is equipped with a double bed & fully air-conditioned with overhead fan, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet with hot & cold water, tea & coffee making facilities, safety box etc.

The 120 sq.m. Sultan Suite is also ideal for families or couple of friends. It has two separate entrances, two bedrooms rooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed, with direct access to the private beach, equipped with Jacuzzi, swing, outdoor shower, sun beds and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioning, fans, mini-bar, tea and coffee-making facilities, safety box, hot and cold water shower, bathrobes, beach towels, hairdryer, lounge chair, CD player, satellite TV, wi-fi connection and telephone.
Garden Room
1 Family Garden Room (about 550sqft) with two double rooms, a living room, a main bathroom and a secondary bathroom attached to the second bedroom.
The Family Garden Room is nestled in lush vegetation and it is located along the main walkway on the island. It does not have a private beach, but guests have access to two public beaches with sun beds, showers and umbrellas, located near the two main bars.
1 Faro Studio: double room with attached living room, mezzanine with 2 twin beds, bathroom and terrace.
Faro Studio is an original open space located above the coffee shop, on two levels and with a private terrace overlooking the ocean on the west side of the island, from where to enjoy beautiful sunsets. It does not have a private beach, but guests have access to two public beaches with sun beds, showers and umbrellas, located near the two main bars.
1 Fornace Studio (about 750sqft) with double room, adjoining living room that can accommodate additional beds, bathroom, hallway, wardrobe and large outdoor patio with sun loungers.
Fornace Studio is a loft located in the heart of the island, a large open space converted from an ancient kiln. The kiln’s coral dome was recently restored and it has become the headboard. Antiques furnish this one-of-a-kind space. It does not have a private beach, but guests have access to two public beaches with sun beds, showers and umbrellas, located near the two main bar
Nika Restaurant offers full-board, half-board or all-inclusive packages, with a buffet menu alternating with the à la carte menu. Once a week, a Maldivian buffet and barbecue is served. The restaurant is a welcoming, large open-air structure.
The cuisine is predominantly Italian and Mediterranean. The chefs are available to fulfill any request, to cater also to guests with food allergies. The island’s wine cellar is stocked with over 100 types of wine.
Based upon request, a special candlelit dinner can be arranged with a fish- and shellfish-based menu, either on your villa’s private beach or on the desert island just a few minutes boat ride from Nika.
Bepi Bar and the Coffee Shop are two welcoming meeting spots where to enjoy spectacular sunsets and sip amazing aperitif cocktails. The Coffee Shop also features a small library with a collection of books and publications in various languages.
Lotus Nika Spa is located in an artificial lagoon covered with colorful lotus and Water lilies. A range of treatments are offered in 8 floating cottages, named after well-known places in Venice. Our Indian, Balinese and European masseurs offer relaxing and refreshing massage and beauty treatments based on natural herbs and oils.

good spa , good villas, nice territory, bodu beru is very funny in the evening, beach villa has private beach, but the villa 01 too close to the restoran, so no privacy at all
