Standard rooms are located on the ground floor in the annex. All standard rooms have on suite bathrooms (shower) with fresh hot and cold water, mini fridge, room safe, and wifi–internet. The rooms have air-condition and ceiling fans. The rooms measure an area of around 14 square meters with an on suite bathroom, which has an area of four square meters.
Superior Double Rooms are tastefully decorated with a local touch. All standard rooms have on suite bathrooms with fresh hot and cold water, mini fridge, room safe, and wifi–internet. The rooms measure an area of around 13 square meters with an on suite bathroom, which has an area of four square meters.
Deluxe double rooms are tastefully decorated with a local touch. All deluxe rooms have an en suite bathroom with fresh hot and cold water, mini fridge, room safe, wifi–internet and complimentary tea and coffee. The rooms measure an area of around 15 square meters with an en suite bathroom which has an area of four square meters.
Deluxe triple rooms are tastefully decorated with a local touch. All deluxe rooms have an en suite bathroom with fresh hot and cold water, mini fridge, room safe, wifi–internet and complimentary tea and coffee. Tropic Tree Hotel Maldives, has a tastefully decorated suite that will be ideal for special occasions such as honeymoons or anniversaries. The suite is fitted with a queen size bed, mini fridge, room safe, wifi–internet. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided in the Tropic Tree suite. It also has an en suite bathroom with its own bathtub, with fresh hot and cold water. This suite has an area of 20 square meters with an en suite bathroom, which has an area of four and half meter squares. The suite also has its own lounge, which measures an area of 15 square meters.
Tropic Tree Hotel Maldives has two restaurants for its guests. The ground floor garden restaurant serves the main meals and breakfast for the guests. Continental breakfast with a Maldivian touch is served daily by our friendly staff. 
Stays at the hotel are with breakfast, which is served daily in the main restaurant from 7 am till 9 am. For lunch and dinner guests are required to pre-book with the hotel reception. Often meals are prepared using locally sourced fresh fish and other ingredients. Guests who wish to dine in the open-air terrace restaurant has to book early. Meals are served on clear nights under star and the moon. This will be the perfect location for special occasions. Drinks including fresh juice are served in the hotel. The hotel can also arrange special dinning cruises where guests can enjoy meals with alcoholic beverages.
