With the announcement by the Government of Malaysia to ease Covid-19 restrictions to allow Malaysians to travel abroad for leisure, High Commission in Malaysia has informed the Ministry of their plans to host a webinar titled “Destination Maldives Webinar” in the 3rd week of November to showcase Maldives as top tourist destinations for Malaysians.

The webinar took place online on 22nd November 2021, organized in collaboration with the Maldives Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maldives Marketing & PR Corporation (MMPRC) and Ministry of Tourism.

The webinar aimed to brief Malaysia’s travel agents on the new travel & safety protocols in place for international tourists arriving in Maldives. In addition, the webinar facilitated Malaysia’s tourism stakeholders to build closer relationships with Maldives travel partners.

Lets Go Maldives spoke about the diversity of resorts concepts in the Maldives and how these knowledge may help agents to assist their clients in making right choice of the resort.
