Work on the project is progressing well, however due to additional work being included into the project some of the time lines have been adjusted to facilitate the required changes.
The additional changes are………….
* Additional 9 swimming pools for the Water Bungalows (all Water Bungalows will now have a pool)
* Additional 6 swimming pools and outside decking for the Beach Villas bringing the total number to 10
* New overwater decking for the Chill Bar as well as construction of new sails to provide better shading.
Updated timeline for current project………………
* Beach Villas with Pools will be open for sale from the 1st September 2013
* Lagoon Water Bungalows with pool will be open from the 1st October 2013
* Ocean Water Bungalows with pool will be open from the 1st October 2013
* Chill Bar will be open 1st October 2013
